Parenting Development, Education & Coaching

I'm glad you're here.

Motherhood is a massive shift and can be overwhelmingly lonely. You’d think that living in the digital age would make this loneliness easier to fix, but that’s not always the case. Going to social media in search of parent communities can leave you feeling more confused and far from satisfied. You end up craving conversation with someone who gets it, and most online platforms fail to satisfy those needs.

I’ve been through it.  I'm a parent who has raised three children into adulthood.  I've walked some of the hardest roads parents navigate, like physical disabilities, learning disabilities, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues.  I've worked as a parent educator and counsellor for over 30 years.  Most of all, I've learned to heal my own childhood trauma and transform my deficits into strengths because you can't give what you don't have.  I want to share resources and wisdom with you.  I’m here to listen and help you through the hard times.

When you, as a parent, feel seen, heard, supported, and understood, your children will feel seen, heard, supported, and understood. In order to become the right kind of parent for your child, the best investment you can make is in yourself.

That is my ultimate goal - to support, mentor, and guide you in your relationship with your child.  I am here to support as you lean into your own growth regardless of the kind of chaos life throws at you.  Together, we will work to align your knowledge, your values, and your intuition in a way that changes, challenges, and improves how you show up in your relationships, pushing you toward becoming the kind of person you've  always wanted to be, and the parent your children truly need.

What you really need is a Mentor.

I see you.

I've been right where you are now.

Mindfulness

For New Moms

The Listening Mothers™ program offers a unique opportunity for parents of babies birth through six months of age to discover the joys of parenting. Our science based curriculum will help you turn the present moment into a positive moment!

"Taking the Listening Mothers course really helped me adjust to my new life as a parent. I now find myself able to understand and get in tune with my baby and am able to live more in the moment after taking this course. I looked forward to being in a calm, soothing environment with other new moms every week and having a safe place to learn and share my experiences. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to learn more about the benefits of mindfulness while exploring their journey into motherhood."

Swift Support

Sometimes you don't want or need to make a committment to weekly support calls.  I get that.  Maybe you're having one specific situation that you need to talk to someone about.  And your friends and family having given you all the advice they have and you still feel like you need more.  Your looking for outside perspective from someone experienced in every kind of relational struggle.  This is exactly why I offer individual support calls.
